Once the shipment is complete, go to the Billing tab. The shipper’s information, the amount, and the description are already pre-filled. Click “Stamp Pending Items,” and the CFDI 4.0 receipt is generated and stamped by the SAT.

No. Fleet Rocket TMS integrates certification with an authorized PAC behind the scenes, so you generate and stamp the CFDI without leaving the platform or entering a third-party portal.

Is the CFDI that is generated valid with the SAT?

Yes. Every CFDI 4.0 is sealed and validated according to current SAT requirements, the same as if you stamped it through a third-party portal.

How exactly does the payment complement work?

When your client pays, you register the payment (in full or split across several invoices), indicating what applies to each CFDI, and generate the linked complement with one click. It doesn’t detect the payment automatically: you confirm it arrived and the system does the rest.

What happens if I need to cancel an invoice that&apos;s already been stamped?
